Our team have supported FCC in the identification, feasibility and delivery of two new rail head facilities capable of handling the transfer of spoil and domestic refuse waste.
Our core skills rest in the provision of the complete Project and Commercial Management service. On the railhead schemes, by understanding our client’s needs and working together, we were able to deliver successful outcomes at each stage of the project. This really was a 'start to finish' project where we developed designs, selected appropriate contracting delivery partners and managed the safe completion of the new facilities in Sheffield and Peterborough
